But medics and health campaigners have accused such commentators of wilfully ignoring that teenage sex happens. They have said denying girls an HPV vaccine is morally wrong.

Some parents have already stopped their daughters having the vaccine on moral grounds, reducing the take-up rate in a pilot study to 80 per cent. Two schools out of 36 in the Greater Manchester study also refused to take part for religious reasons.

The vaccine must be administered before a person is infected. Because HPV is so common, that means vaccinating girls before they become sexually active. A study by the Health Protection Agency found up to age 14, less than five per cent of girls carry the HPV. But infection rates rise sharply after that as sexual activity increases.

I could go on forever and im sure I am guilty of all of these except for #'s 20, 21 and 22 but trust me, unless your old, you wont know about regret. People say "No Regret!" Thats bullshit 100% I have a ton of stupid shit on me because I was stupid when I was young. I see alot of pretty girls getting stupid and ugly tattoos. Just skip to #15 now while your ahead. Getting denied, jobs, apartments, and respect is what you will have by now. Getting pre-judged, disqualified, kicked out, and discrimination is always good to look forward to as well
You know what sucks the most is when people say "hey nice tattoos". Because if they were actually LOOKING at them, No, not really. I have about 5 "nice" tattoos out of hundreds. People cant tell the difference and in even 10 years from now, Im sure I wont be able to tell the difference myself because they will be a solid blur like most are already.

Twins separated at birth have married each other without realizing they were brother and sister, it has been revealed.


The British couple's marriage has now been annulled by the High Court after judges ruled the marriage had never validly existed.


The identities of the brother and sister and details of how they fell in love and married are being kept secret. Soon after they were born they were separated and adopted by different families.


Neither was told they had a twin and had no idea they were blood relatives until after their wedding.

The British couple were granted an annulment at a special hearing at the High Court in London, Professor Lord Alton told The Times. Judges in the Family Division ruled that the marriage had never validly existed.


Lord Alton, who was told about the case by a High Court judge, said that the twins’ experience demonstrated the need to strengthen the rights of children to know the identity of their biological parents. The peer declined to name the judge or identify the case more specifically.



He argued that reforms that are currently being debated in the House of Lords threaten to undermine even existing rights.

 “The right for children to know the identity of their biological parents is a human right," said Lord Alton. “There will be more cases like this if children are not given access to the truth. The needs of the child must always be paramount”.
