My week has been pretty good so far with riding and writing and hanging out with some friends. This weekend coming up should be fun with all the DN girls in town. Hopefully, the weather will stay cool as its been for the past 2 days. It will make whatever outdoor activity that goes on that much more pleasent. Also, makes my riding sooooo much easier!

Found a new trail tonight that I am going to be stoked to ride later in the week when I have more time. I really need to look into a good NiteRider HID bike light. Why do they have to cost $400? damnit!

Well, I am off to make a sandwich and drink another liter of water. Hope you are all having a good start of the week.

I was really happy on todays ride because I went farther than I have before (41.3 miles) and I beat my personal best top speed (52.1mph), downhill of course. My climbing has gotten stronger as well which means that my legs are finally started to get in shape. This huge monotonous hill that I had not been able to overcome I destroyed today on the bike. Got the to top and felt like I had some energy left in me still. yay!

Something else happened this week I couldn't believe, my lazy ass roomate got a bike! I think that he saw how much its changed me and how much I enjoy it. I talked him into getting a decent bike and spending a little bit more than he planned, but so far he loves it. Took him on a small 10 mile ride and he has been sore for 4 days, hehe. He will get better I was there a couple months ago myself! Im stoked to have someone to ride with thats as close as the next bedroom over and it'll be good for him to get out and about.

Sorry if it sounds like I am tooting my own horn here today but I am just happy im hitting some of the goals I set out for myself lately!

For some reason I take a lot of pics while driving. Im a dork. Damn I miss that truck...

Since I bought my mountain bike about 2 months ago I have been trying to ride daily. Today was the first day I noticed a jump in my performance level. I was able to ride up a hill that I normally had to walk up TWICE and also combined in another hill that I used to have to walk up. I havent been able to put all that climbing into one ride until today. I'm really stoked on getting the new bike and riding, its also helped take away a lot of my daily stress and I am down 14lbs already.

Well, today is finally coming to an end. Stayed in Barstow last night so I could be there first thing in the morning and not have to leave my house at 4am. Shot a feature truck for OFFROAD and then headed home. Then my other headshot session happened and now im relaxing with some chocolate milk. Damn, I feel like im 8 again!

I am both exhausted and horny, does that mean I would fall asleep masturbating?

On another note my friend Mike may be buying this next week.

If so, he said I can use it to shoot with. hehehe gonna be one sweet ride!

Have to go to court tomorrow to give my deposition. My old company is being sued by an ex salesmen who also happens to be a friend. They never paid him his commisions and bonuses so he is sueing them and its pretty big money. I think 6 figures. I dont know if they think they are going to get something out of me against him but I was treated poorly there and they are going to hear it. I hope he gets millions! (then gives me a present lol)

Going to try and meet up with Piratedoll and her man Shadoux for dinner tomorrow night if my court session doesnt go on forever. Talk about shooting some sets in their lovely theater!

Wed I have a shoot in the desert for Off-Road Mag. Its blazing hot out there right now so I am hoping we can get there and back by noon. Have a quick headshot session with a friends sister in the afternoon she needs for some modeling agency.

Thurs heading to Toyota to pickup the 4Runner Toyota is giving us as a project vehicle for my boss. We werent going to take it but decided its silly to turn down a free vehicle. I am sure it wont be long before my boss has it straight axled and wheeling.

Fri i have a couple girls asking to shoot with me, so I might make that happen. If not I am planning on trying to write some and get to the beach for some cruising.

Sat-Sun I am going to try and ride alot and stay away from the beach! The beach on 4th of July weekend is a mad house in socal if you havent been. They block off many of the streets so people cannot drive drunk and also because there are literally thousands of people walking the streets and trolling the beach. I think I'll stay closer to home and work on some magazine stuff...
