I've been worrying about her for a long while for reasons I won't go into. She's currently recovering from foot surgery, and her birthday is coming up soon. I hope she recovers soon. She just finished a project helping this guy build a sculture in indiana :D

I also got my lisa batiashvili CD in the mail, FINALLY. I think I'm in love with her hands. Skillz. Her violin playing makes all my body hair stand up, which is not an easy task.

Jerry Springer the opera, makes fun of pretty much all the things I find wrong with shows like Jerry Springer and adds a special episode that takes place in hell. Things like people blaming others for their problems, and other forms of irresponsibility, the position a talk show host plays in doing what they do and whether or not it can be consider moral, and of course the way people like to point fingers and view others as being more disgusting than themselves.

I just woke up, so I probably left a few things out and I'm going to make this short.

I thoroughly enjoyed it. Lots of humor, talented actors, and thought provoking it was :)

On the upside I watched 'To Wong Foo, thanks for everything, Julie Newmar'. I never gave it a chance because I thought it would be a mockery of drag, considering the actors. I didn't want to set myself up to be pissed off, so I just never watched it. But due to Alyak's expert advice (which I requested as I recently acquired many new movies) I decided to finally give it a chance, and damn was I impressed. Funny as hell and Patrick Swayze and Wesley Snipes really pulled off their parts well. I have a new found respect for them as actors. I've already seen John Leguizamo do drag, and he is quite good as well :) It really blew me away. I think it was a bit too short though...

Also, go visit Sin's journal if you haven't already! I want one of those prints made by prendick. Wish I could have been there. I need to go next year, even though I'm a total introvert :P

I am excited about saturday, as Alyak and I are going to Jerry Spinger The Opera. Just feels weird saying or typing it, but seeing as how it won many many awards in england there must be something to it. More than the show I'm just excited to hang out with Alyak again. Even though sunday had bland cold weather with no sun, and we spent probably 2 1/2 hours just talking (and I mean JUST talking absolutely nothing else going on whatsoever) I had a good time. That says a lot, cuz I hate small talk, and I usually prefer to do something when talking with someone.

She is just as pretty as she is in her photos, and don't let her tell you any different. She is also just as gangster as her avatar shows. And she's probably going to kick my ass :P

Anyways I'm seriously about to pass out, cuz it's monday (my monday anyway). I need sleep bad, so I'm gonna get some now. Hope today goes well for everyone.
