AKA, Spicy Split Pea Soup with Sausage

This is one of the easiest healthy/yummy foods i've come up with lately:

Half pkg dried Split Peas
Twice as much water
Simmer for 45 minutes

Once the peas are started, dice 2 links of sausage. I used Hot Pork sausage, but you could easily use chicken or turkey.

Saute the cube in a bit of olive oil and salt. Before they are completely cooked, spoon them out into the peas, stir it in.

Pour a bit of broth into the sausage pan, scrape the burned goodies off the bottom, cook down for a minute then cool on counter and store in fridge for using in a sauce or your next pasta

Yay, another thing to do today :D

1) Obsessive

3) Is it a disorder or misalignment of mental disciplines? That is my eternal quandry

4) I live a life in reversal of moods. Completely lazy or taking over the world. Day to day it's a guess which one i'll get

5) Coffee, water and booze are the only liquids I enjoy embibing 95% of the time. I just don't much like juices, sodas or sugary drinks.

6) I was raised Jehovah's Witness and suffered a strange mix of guilt and overindulgence for years after I left at 18. I learned to let go of the guilt but overindulgence has been harder to master. When younger, I raged against all things and people involved in religion. As I've aged, I've come to accept though not for me, and although typically an amazing viel over sense, religion can be an efficient way to communicate health, moral and safety concerns to a society as well as a way to control and motivate them for immoral ends.

7) I'm at a loss as to where to go next in my work life

8) I'm a mean cook and a damn find bartender

9) I freeballed for years until I got drunk in Vegas, blew all my money at strip club, got left by the limo and walked 3 miles in the summer heat. That was a ball skinning I never forgot. I always wore underwear after that.

Today was the final straw!

On my way out to the grocery store, I discovered that my trash can that I bought brand new for $40 in August had been stolen. My landlord came out at the same time and mentioned not only had he noticed it but there has been a recent news report on Waste Management employees (trash picker-uppers) STEALING nice trash cans all over New Orleans.

Last week, when we returned home from being witnesses in a Federal trial, G's job FIRED her for being gone to long despite the whole illegal to fire someone while absent for a Federal subpeona thing.

While we were gone, someone sticked or kicked a parking lamp out of my car while parked in front of my house.

Two weeks ago during a parade to celebrate working together and welcoming home, some fucknut opened fire in the parade route and killed several bystanders.

Jobs in Cali that would pay morons 40k, i can't get get for $9/hr here and ive got the experience to cover it.

Good riddance, we are leaving this shithole
