iow, i don't think you'll be able to stream it unless you've got the extra-super-spiffy-tricked-out connect to the innerweb. so, you can't download it either, so the way to play it is to load the page, press play, press pause immediately, and then do something else for 5-10 minutes depending how fast your deal is and what else it is you're doing, and then have a look by pressing play again.

it'll get youtubed and such soon but, at the moment, it's in this psuedo-hi-def state which actually looks pretty good but is sort of a pain in the ass as i've described. it is, however, a dn exclusive for a day or two anyway, though i doubt many of you will care. i'm already old and was forced to play even older. it's also blatant hype. forgive me.

come to the glorious mr. t's tomorrow night (sun 11-4).

Mad Happy out of new york via florida will play. they're a kick-and-a-half. they sound like a cross between sonny & cher and the beastie boys. i like them better than the white stripes but i have no taste.

also, i get to do some extra-curricular shit. i was in a band called waco forever and ever. it went from the wild stares in boston, then berlin, then LA, and and morphed into waco which stood for wild acoustical chamber orchestra. it finally fell apart a couple of years ago and the lead dude went off to be a fledgling pop star with this act called lavender diamond. anyway, he's in town for a bit with some new tunes and it will be 3 waco alums + a couple of ringers, another ld dude and vince who plays horns for 50% of the indy shit in town. hopefully it will be good. should be a marked contrast to mad happy. they're happy. we're trés seriouse.

t's is very romantic for an ex-bowling alley. it's in highland park on figueroa. i proposed to 7 different women there and 3 said yes. those are good odds.

i went on a trip. the weather was upside-down most all up and down the west coast.

the setting one my camera got screwed up. i think this was fractal blue although it doesn't have a setting called that.

performing live tonight on kill radio with Listing Ship. 8 pm pst. tune in if you're around. i don't ever talk about this band here because i don't think it fits that well with the prevailing taste i perceive at dn. but it's a good band with good songs. check it out.

on the subject of net radio… seems like the riaa and the major labels are ganging up to force the smaller people out. things just work better that way, you know? we don't have to think about you if you're out of business. admittedly, i haven't read through this stuff as thoroughly as i should, but i think that's about the gist of it, kneejerk lefty that i've become.
